Ditinjau dari kajian Supply Chain Management (SCM), salah satu akar
masalah pada bisnis komoditas padi paska-panen adalah masalah
distribusi. Rendahnya tingkat aksesibilitas informasi ketersediaan
komoditas bagi para stakeholder mengakibatkan proses distribusi tidak
berjalan dengan baik, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan komoditas
maupun kekosongan komoditas di sisi yang lain. Permasalahan komunikasi
dan koordinasi ini mengakibatkan distribusi komoditas padi tidak

The samples of this research consisted of a hundred customer’s on StarOne. Regression Analysis was run by a Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software for data analysis. The result of the analysis showed that product quality and price contributes an positive influence, which is significant to buying intension.

Prudential insurance consumers, (2) knowing how the appeal of advertising on
consumer loyalty to the insurer Prudential, and knowing how competencies
influence salesperson customer loyalty at Prudential Insurance.
This study is a quantitative descriptive study using 100 Prudential
insurance consumers in the city, with the main characteristics of the policyholder
and the minimum has been a Prudential insurance policy holder for 2 years.
Samples obtained by accidental sampling.

ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBIJAKAN PENYALURAN KREDIT PERBANKAN (Studi pada Bank Umum di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2005 - 2009)
ABSTRACT
Bank is the financial institution possessing function as the financial intermediary. Bank accepts the money savings from the society and then redistributes them upon the credit. The credit distribution creates opportunity to complete investment, distribution, and also the consumption of good and service, considering that the entire activities are related to the money usage. The research background is the existence of phenomenon of the non-optimized banking credit distribution. It is shown with loan to deposit ratio (LDR) that is still upon the expectation of Bank Indonesia. Thus, it needs to have testing of factors that influence the policy of banking credit distribution, including Third Party Fund (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and the interest of Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI).

The samples of this research consisted of a hundred customer’s on Bank Bukopin Pandanaran Semarang branches. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was run by an AMOS software for data analysis.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini adalah membangun model peramalan tingkat kesehatan bank
dengan model ordinal logistic regression. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bank
Prekreditan Rakyat dengan jumlah sample 104 BPR yang diambil
secara random dari populasi 371 BPR. Tingkat kesehatan BPR thkelompokkan
menjadi sehat diberi kode 1, cukup sehat diberi kode 2, kurang sehat
diberi kode 3, dan lidak sehat diberi kode 4. Oleh karena tingkat
kesehatan berkategori ordinal, maka dipunakan ordinal logistic
regression sebagai model peramalan.

Menurut Mulyadi (2001), kinerja adalah istilah umum yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan sebagian atau seluruh tindakan atau aktivitas dari suatu organisasi pada suatu periode.
